Elnora Tucker
Elnora Tucker is a native of Roanoke,
Married for 33 years. She has two children, and one granddaughter.
Elnora is employed as a Recruitment Consultant for Carilion Clinic and has been there for twenty-two years.
In June, 1988 she joined Mt. Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church-Roanoke. Since then she has held numerous positions, including Steward, Missionary President, YPD Director, Secretary to the Official Board, Secretary to the Quarterly Conference, Church Clerk, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Co-chair of the Couple’s Ministry, and Vice President of the Lay Organization.
However, God had other plans
for her…with her husband accepting his call into the ministry in June 2003; God
then presented him with the opportunity to Pastor at Mt.
Zion United
Methodist Church
in Goode,
Elnora looks forward to the new opportunities, ministries and challenges that await her as a member of Sister 4 Sister.
